Makeup by Kim Porter - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 9, 2012 | BY MAKEUP BY KIM PORTER — One of my favorite products to use year-round is bath/shower exfoliating gloves.  Just use these gloves with your favorite soap or body wash, and let your journey to soft, smooth skin begin.  The distinct textured fibers will deeply clean and revive dull and dry skin, leaving you feeling completely refreshed and smooth. These gloves can be found at any bath and body shop or drugstore, and they are affordable.  This pair is from Clean Logic Body Care...

Luxury Beauty Products - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 17, 2012 | BY LUXURY BEAUTY PRODUCTS — As our tans fade and we realize that beach season is sadly coming to a close, it’s important to consider repairing your skin from the harsh summer sun. That means it’s the perfect time to trade in the tanning oil for some reparative products from bath and body care line, Cleanlogic (http://www.cleanlogicbodycare.com). Though we experience weather changes four times a year, the transition to...

Examiner - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 17, 2012 | BY EXAMINER — While many of us fantasize about one day living out our dreams of owning a successful business, it's what you do once you get there that truly counts. To some, success may be money and possessions, but to Isaac Shapiro, the founder of IMS Trading, a global multi-brand corporation that is parent to 6 brands, success is how much you can give back.

Having launched IMS Trading in 2001, Shapiro and his partner Michael Ghesser, were on a mission to...

Flaunt Me - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 16,2012 | BY FALUNT ME — 2012 is more than half way over, but that doesn’t mean that the unique products won’t get any stranger. And the Cleanlogic Soap + Sponge ($4.49) is proof!

The product is basically a bar of soap with a real sponge inside. At first, anybody that sees this on the shelf of a store may find their eyebrows raised, but it’s actually super useful!...

Examiner - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 14, 2012 | BY EXAMINER — There are plenty of bath and shower care items on the market for all New Yorkers, but the Cleanlogic Bath & Shower Care line caught my eye, and they will also be catching more than 25 million others as Cleanlogic is the first beauty brand to include braille on their packaging. With vision loss now one of the fastest growing disabilities in the United States due to the rise of diabetes, by including braille on their packaging, Cleanlogic have created a simple and proactive way to help the 25 million blind and visually impaired individuals in the country today...

Beauty Snob - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 11, 2012 | BY BEAUTY SNOB — Possibly the coolest product I’ve come across this year thus far, Cleanlogic Soap + Sponge ($4.49) is literally a bar of soap with a sponge inside. It sounded so weird when I read the box…all I could think was a soap with a sponge inside…what the hell!???? But it’s awesome! It not only cleans and refreshes your skin, but it works double duty to exfoliate. It’s a super convenient two-in-one find that comes in three different scents and it’s also supposed to moisturize...

A Day in Motherhood - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 9, 2012 | BY A DAY IN MOTHERHOOD — I got to test the Bath and body Shower Soap and Sponge, the Rejuvenating Dual Temperature Gel Eye Mask and the Exfoliating Stretch Bath & Shower Body Cloth.  I am so happy!

I am a girl, after all, and I love to pamper myself during my every day routine.  So these products are perfect because I can spoil my skin in the shower and never miss a beat!

The Bath & Shower Soap and Sponge  - the Cucumber Melon scent – is such a fun and clever use of texture. The clean scent and the texture of the bar cleans and exfoliates waking my skin up with every use!  I love how clean and fresh I feel.  Available on three scents, these bars will have you wanting to shower any chance you get a spare moment!...

Examiner - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 7, 2012 | BY EXAMINER — As we all know, summer is coming to an end. Some of us are still trying to soak in the last few weeks of sunshine and warm, bearable temperatures, but fall will be here before we know it.

The days of hanging at the beach or pool, wearing flip flops, wedges, and flirty skirts will soon be behind us; but there are some things we will have with us every day. We will always have our skin, faces, and feet, whether they are covered by boots and long sweaters or not...

The Ladies Lounge - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 2012 | BY THE LADIES LOUNGE — I am a big exfoliator. I will admit I probably do so more than I should. However, I just love how soft and smooth my skin is afterward that I will continue to exfoliate more than I should. I normally use exfoliating scrubs, but I was able to try a new approach to my routine. It is made my Clean Logic and is called Exfoliating Bath Gloves.

Two gloves come in a pack. The gloves stretch and make for easy all over body cleaning. So to use them, I take my shower like normal. Then when I am ready I slide the gloves over my hands...

Certified Fabulous - September 2012

SEPTEMBER 1, 2012 | BY CERTIFIED FABULOUS — Possibly the coolest product I’ve come across this year thus far, Cleanlogic Soap + Sponge ($4.49) is literally a bar of soap with a sponge inside. It sounded so weird when I read the box…all I could think was a soap with a sponge inside…what the hell!???? But it’s awesome! It not only cleans and refreshes your skin, but it works double duty to exfoliate. It’s a super convenient two-in-one find that comes in three different scents and it’s also supposed to moisturize. That said, I didn’t feel like it particularly hydrated my skin, but it didn’t leave it dry...
